Customer Experience Advisor

To support a dynamic customer experience team, the remote Customer Experience Advisor will manage student interactions through calls, chats, texts, and emails, ensuring high-quality service while handling Tier II tickets and escalations. Key responsibilities Handle student interactions with empathy and provide exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels Manage Tier II tickets and escalations based on assigned brands or verticals Collect and organize student feedback, sharing insights with the CX management team to enhance the student experience Required qualifications 2+ years of customer service or relevant experience Availability for weekend and/or evening work Ability to handle calls, chats, emails, and texts from students for 80%+ of the workday Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper grammar Ability to navigate multiple web browser tabs simultaneously in a remote working environment
