Seasonal Administrative Support Associate - Aventura

Summary The Seasonal Administrative Support Associate supports the General Manager, customer experience, store administrative functions, and people strategy. This customer- and colleague-facing role helps coordinate store operations and hiring activities. Responsibilities Provide customer assistance, respond to concerns, and support the store floor as needed. Support cash office functions and assist the General Manager and administrative colleagues. Assist with applicant sourcing, candidate communications, recruiting, hiring, and onboarding coordination. Maintain hiring documents in the document imaging system. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent encouraged. One to two years of related experience. Strong communication, planning, and workflow management skills. Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, crouching, climbing ladders, and lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
