We are looking for a fun and energetic Orthodontic Assistant who can connect easily with patients and is attentive to detail.
Our clinical assistants are a pivotal role to our team and serve as the primary support to our Doctor. Experience is preferred for this position.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Working chairside with patients including assisting in placing and removing orthodontic appliances
Establishing trust with patients, ensuring the highest level of patient care is given
Educating the patients on orthodontic care and treatment practices
Taking x-rays and patient photos
Keep stations stocked and organized, as well as clean, sterilize and prepare the equipment
Be receptive to coaching and training from doctors to better develop skillset
Other duties as required
