Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. Current BCBA certification and state licensure as required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ABA therapy. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
