Miami Primary Care Physician Needed- Spanish speaking required
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $230000.00 - $260000.00

We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician to join a growing, patient-centered organization focused on value-based care and improving outcomes for senior and underserved populations.

Highlights include:

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Average patient volume of 15–18 patients per day

• Minimal, rotational call responsibilities

• Collaborative care model with strong clinical and operational support

• Base salary up to $260,000

• Annual bonus opportunity up to 20%
• Total Earning Potential $311,000
• Malpractice with tail coverage
• 4 weeks PTO
• $3,000 annual CME allowance and dedicated CME time
