Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida, is seeking primary care physicians for a full‑time position at the Baptist Health Homestead Hospital ambulatory clinic in Homestead, Miami‑Dade County. Job ID: FY26-MIA-PRI-02-00T Scope The practice focuses on adult patients only. Located at Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet Recognition with Distinction hospital that provides a full range of services to the southern Miami‑Dade County community. Responsibilities Manage preventive and proactive patient care. Address chronic disease management. Coordinate multidisciplinary care while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited institution. Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date) with satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Residency training in an ACGME‑accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med‑Peds, or Preventive Medicine program is welcomed.
