See How We're Raising the Bar ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES What you'll own and lead as a: Executive Director - Lead full Branch operations — driving performance, compliance, and accountability across all staff and functions Coach and develop Branch staff through day‑to‑day leadership, feedback, and accountability conversations Drive growth by building relationships with Clients, families, referral partners, and the broader community Oversee Caregiver scheduling to ensure full Client coverage and consistent, high‑quality service delivery Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities, and implement improvements across the Branch Lead Client onboarding, service planning, and the overall care experience from start to finish Ensure accuracy in authorizations, billing, and shift reconciliation to support Branch financial performance Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, Caregivers, and partners — ensuring timely, professional communication ROLE QUALIFICATIONS Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or Branch-level management preferred Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of building accountable, high‑performing teams Highly organized with excellent attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and recordkeeping Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a client‑centered, service‑first approach Results‑driven and self‑managed — able to handle multiple operational priorities in a fast‑paced environment Strong financial literacy with experience in billing, authorizations, or budget management a plus Committed to regulatory compliance, HIPAA standards, and licensing requirements Experience in assisted living, in‑home care, or multi‑function operational leadership a strong bonus COMPREHENSIVE WELLNESS PORTFOLIO In your role with Caring for Others, you're responsible for upholding, executing, and supporting our mission.
