Job Title: Carpenter — Framing, Decking & Finish Carpentry (Journeyman, Lead, or Apprentice) | Full-Time/Part-Time Availability

Location: Sedro-Woolley, WA (serving Skagit & Snohomish Counties)

Pay: $20–$40/hr, DOE

Job Type: Full-Time, W-2

The Role:

We're looking for a skilled carpenter to join our crew full-time. This role covers the full scope of deck and structural carpentry work — framing, decking, railing systems, and finish carpentry. We're open to experience level: journeyman, lead carpenter, or a strong apprentice ready to grow into more responsibility. There's real room for advancement here as we take on more work.

What You'll Do:

• Frame decks and structures from the ground up — footings, posts, beams, joists

• Install decking, railing systems (composite and wood)

• Perform finish carpentry work to a high standard

• Read plans and work independently without needing constant supervision

• Catch and fix your own mistakes before they become problems

• Represent the company well on client job sites — professional, respectful, hardworking

What We're Looking For:

• Own tools and reliable transportation (required)

• An eye for detail and pride in quality work

• Self-starter who can be trusted to work without a supervisor standing over you

• Strong work ethic and a good attitude with clients

• Carpentry experience preferred — framing, decking, or finish work

• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
