Key responsibilities Investigate and evaluate complex claims, securing necessary documentation and statements Draft reservation of rights letters and coverage denial communications for supervisor review Maintain detailed claim file documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders on file status Required qualifications Minimum of 10 years of claims experience, specifically in complex Allied Health claims College degree or equivalent claims management experience required Active individual adjusting license for a designated home State Minimum of 10 years litigation management experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
