Junior Recruiter

Our client, a growing professional services organization, is seeking a Junior Legal Recruiter to support recruitment efforts for legal and corporate professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiting professional looking to develop expertise in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage recruitment processes from sourcing through onboarding
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Track candidate activity and hiring progress within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support offer preparation, onboarding, and hiring documentation
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and hiring information

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination experience
• Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts
• Familiarity with recruiting legal, professional services, or specialized talent preferred
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Outlook and Teams
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a professional services environment
• Strong scheduling and interview coordination experience
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and business leaders
• High attention to detail and professionalism
