Arizona Licensed VP of Claims

Driving the Casualty Claim strategy, the full-time Arizona Licensed VP of Claims will manage high-level leaders and specialized claim staff, oversee complex claims operations, and collaborate with executive leadership to enhance claim handling processes in a remote work environment. Key Responsibilities: Leads and manages specialized claim staff handling high-severity claims, providing executive oversight of TPA claim management Develops and executes organizational strategies to optimize claim handling effectiveness and efficiency while exemplifying company policies Partners with leadership for strategic planning and provides technical claim expertise to enhance processes for Excess & Surplus and Specialty lines Required Qualifications: Undergraduate degree preferred; graduate degree and advanced study in Insurance are a plus CPCU designation and relevant state licenses required 15+ years of experience in claims, with at least 7 years in Commercial, Excess & Surplus claims 10+ years of management experience Proven knowledge of Commercial, Excess & Surplus Lines Claims and strategic project management
