Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of data centre projects from inception to completion. Support the Project Manager in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources. Oversee and coordinate activities related to Automation, Instrumentation, and Controls, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports on timelines, risks, and performance metrics. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Identify and resolve project‑related issues promptly to minimize disruptions. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in Project&Construction Management, preferably within the data centre or technology infrastructure sector. Strong knowledge of Automation, Instrumentation, and Controls systems. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to data centre construction and operations. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus. Day‑to‑Day Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with project goals. Participate in project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise. Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
