Oaklin Lane is hiring a Physical Therapist to lead PT services at our neighborhood clinic in Lake Highlands — an experienced clinician who wants to stay close to the kids and shape the whole program. On our Lane, you lead the work You got into pediatric PT because you believed in the work — in the kid who takes their first steps, the teenager who finally finds balance, the toddler whose gait starts to hold. You’ll own the direction of care: mentor a team of PTAs and PT Techs, build systems that hold up, keep the clinical bar high, and stay close to the kids while you do it. About Oaklin Lane Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. What you’ll do Lead and mentor a team of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and PT Techs in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting Provide regular mentorship, feedback, and support to keep care evidence-based Guide treatment planning and goal development across the PT caseload Review and co‑sign documentation — ensure notes meet compliance and quality standards Monitor patient progress and adjust approaches alongside your assistant team Join interdisciplinary meetings and coordinate care with OT and Speech Foster a team culture of learning, mutual support, and clinical excellence Keep organized systems for scheduling, supervision logs, and documentation review Stay current on best practices in pediatric PT Help shape and refine clinical processes as part of a growing organization Why this role at Oaklin Lane A space built for the work. As a clinic lead, the way you run this program becomes the standard that travels to every clinic we open next. Who you are Experienced, organized, and mission-driven Strong across pediatric mobility, motor development, and neuromuscular conditions A team player who cares as much about your clinicians as the kids on your schedule You bring Current Texas licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) Minimum of 3 years of pediatric experience (prior supervisory or mentorship experience preferred) Strong knowledge of pediatric mobility, motor development, and neuromuscular conditions Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfort using EMR systems and reviewing documentation for compliance and quality A team-first mindset aligned with Oaklin Lane’s values What to expect Schedule: Full-time · Monday - Thursday in clinic · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Friday remote Stipend for medical, vision, and dental 401(k) with employer match PTO Paid CEUs, licensure, and certification renewal All therapy materials, supplies, and equipment provided Professional development and a clear pathway for career growth In-person at an Oaklin Lane clinic in Lake Highlands Come see what we are building The first move is the hardest one — we’ll take you through the rest.
