Estate Planning Attorney/Office Specialist (Brooklyn, NY)

Contract Part-Time Attorney / Specialist — Trusts & Estates / Elder Law | Brooklyn, NY We are a Brooklyn-based estate planning and elder law firm serving over 4,000 clients, is seeking a contract part-time attorney to join our team on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. This role covers maternity leave for one of our team members, with the possibility of an ongoing or permanent arrangement for the right candidate. You don't necessarily have to be a practicing attorney, if you have an interest in elder care and community and are a great fit for the business and team, we would love to connect** Responsibilities Drafting client amendments to existing trusts Preparing new trusts and wills Conducting client consultations Leading document review meetings Handling client phone calls and correspondence Qualifications Active NY Bar admission Background in estate planning, elder law, or real estate strongly preferred Strong client-facing communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a caseload Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday, in-office (Brooklyn) Compensation: $55–$75/hour, commensurate with experience Start date: ASAP #J-18808-Ljbffr BBG Ventures, LLC
