Project Manager oversees all aspects of construction, industrial, and municipal projects. Applicants must have strong communication skills with prior management and construction experience or be a recent engineering graduate. The candidate will oversee organization, administration, and coordination of elements involved in the construction of a project. Applicants must possess leadership and computer skills with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel and an ability to oversee and manage field operations and crews, as well as have the organizational skills to set accurate timelines and tracking for all active projects, while preparing scheduling for upcoming work. Key Responsibilities Act as liaison between customer and operations involved in the execution of a project Manage all cost tracking and revenue reporting/forecasting for the project Schedule, prepare, and tie‑in contractor schedules Pre‑planning and resource forecasting and inventory management Work with management for all major equipment and supply purchases Attend construction planning meetings and project/site walks Assist in quality control and safety of all projects Provide job site assistance to manage field operations Complete projects on schedule, within the allotted budget, and in accordance with QAQC standards Review all required reporting and collection of time and daily report logs (from operations/superintendents) Review, approve, and submit all vendor and customer invoices, checking items, project info, dates, rates, etc. Qualifications Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience Experience managing CIPP, manhole coatings and other types of trenchless rehabilitation construction required Ability to travel for both long and short‑term projects Extremely safety conscious and serve as an example to crew members Organized, detail oriented, and possess excellent time management and Microsoft Office skills with heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel Salary Range $85,000 to $110,000, depending on position qualifications, job‑related skills and experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
