Finance ManagerLooking for a finance manager for Our Valenti's of Westerly Campus. We have both Toyota and Subaru Franchises so you will get opportunities to deliver vehicles for both. Would also like someone that has experience with desking deals and working directly with sales people.What We Offer:Health insurance401(k) plansEmployee eventsFamily-owned and operatedOpportunities for advancementResponsibilities:Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales processProcess all legal and non-legal paperwork for each sales transactionsProvide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing dealsFollow through with all contracts in transit to ensure funding is completeCommunicate with office manager/title clerk to ensure titles & registrations are processed in a timely fashionEngage and motivate the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and standard methodology processesPartner with general manager and owner to plan and run finance departmentAnalyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performanceQualifications:Automotive dealership management experience preferredExperience with CDK or Reynolds and Reynolds dealership software toolExperience with Darwin dealership software toolExperience with vehicle service agreements and aftermarket product salesExcellent communication and customer service skillsPassionate about training sales team members and operating within a reciprocal environmentEnthusiastic personality with high-energy attitudeOrganization and follow-up skillsExperience and desire to work with technologyHigh school diploma or equivalentClean driving record and valid driver’s licenseWe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
