Key Qualifications:

• Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license
• Experience supporting school-based speech and language services
• Familiarity with caseload management and documentation
• Comfortable working with students of diverse backgrounds, ages, and needs
• Must complete required fingerprinting and credentialing processes (previous fingerprints may be transferable)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy to students with communication needs under the supervision of a Speech Language Pathologist
• Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) within designated schools
• Document services, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate closely with educators, therapists, and families to achieve student goals
• Contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment
• Travel between assigned campuses as needed (up to three schools to create a full-time schedule)
