Take your expertise as a School Speech-Language Pathologist and make a difference in the lives of students across several campuses in the Fort Myers, FL area. This full-time (up to 37.5 hours per week) or part-time contract role offers a dynamic environment where you'll support learners in elementary through high school settings. Multiple locations are available and can be combined to create a full-time equivalent schedule to best suit your preferences. The assignment begins on August 11, 2026, and runs through May 27, 2027.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree required in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification in SLP required
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role highly desirable
• Ability to work across multiple age groups and adapt to varying campus environments
• Willingness to engage with compliance processes, including fingerprinting and badge verification through the AHCA Clearinghouse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with diverse speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Travel to and support multiple school sites within the district as assigned
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with local, state, and federal guidelines
