Sales Engineering Manager Il ruolo di sales Engineering Manager è di fondamentale importanza per GLT Solutions poiché agisce in modo trasversale su tutti i brand in portafoglio. L’obiettivo principale è quello di guidare lo sviluppo della domanda commerciale per tutti i brand in portafoglio attraverso attività di lead generation, supporto tecnico dedicato e gestione relazioni con i vari stakeholders. Responsabilità principali: Sviluppare e consolidare attività di prescrizione presso studi di ingegneria, progettisti, consulenti e stakeholder tecnici Gestire relazioni strategiche con clienti finali pubblici e privati, supportando lo sviluppo del business sul territorio italiano e non solo Sviluppare la rete di system integrator, partner tecnologici e installatori qualificati Analizzare le esigenze dei clienti e definire soluzioni tecnico-commerciali complesse (hardware, software e integrazione) Guidare attività di prevendita e supportare la partecipazione a gare d’appalto e progetti ad alta complessità Collaborare con i team internazionali di prodotto, marketing e operations per garantire l’allineamento delle strategie commerciali Monitorare trend di mercato, innovazioni tecnologiche e opportunità di crescita nei settori smart building e sicurezza elettronica #J-18808-Ljbffr
