Sales Engineer

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Manage existing customers from a technical and commercial perspective, with all activities related to the dissemination of Labware solutions know‑how. Acquire new customers. Focus on achieving budget targets in collaboration with the company's sales force. Provide technical support to customers during the pre‑sales phase, system start‑up, and after‑sales, especially during the introduction of new systems. Provide training to clients at their premises or online via videoconferencing tools. Analyze the market and its requirements to define the evolution of Labware systems. Collect requests for new features and improvements that come in through various market channels. Analyze and monitor competitors' activities. Manage customer visits, discuss offers, and conduct related sales negotiations in accordance with company guidelines. Participate in trade fairs, informational events, and technical seminars with/at customers' premises. Working with the sales force to professionally present the solutions offered by Labware. Prepare and arrange everything necessary (hardware, software, documentation, etc.) to give presentations of products and integrated solutions to customers or end users. Test new products or updates to existing ones. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent computer skills. Good knowledge and ability to apply sales techniques. Ability to devise and formulate product solutions. Customer focus. Results orientation and negotiation skills. Attitude and spirit of initiative and updating. Ability to schedule and plan activities. Good knowledge of English. Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently. PREFERENTIAL: Experience in pre‑sales, sales, or technical sales in a relevant market and/or with a competitor. Degree in computer science and/or economics or equivalent.
