Job Description As an installer, you will be responsible for all aspects of installing our products according to work orders, manufacturer specifications, quality, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities Install company products, including insulation, fireplaces, gutters, mirrors and shelving, garage doors, windows, shower enclosures, home wrap, and other items sold by TruTeam. Review daily work schedule and ensure that the truck is loaded with all required products, tools, and equipment. Complete vehicle safety and job‑site inspections, unload and stage material safely. Report safety, customer, or quality concerns. Perform warehouse‑related duties as required. Execute any other duties, tasks, or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes. Safety‑sensitive position; must be able to perform all essential functions. Travel Requirements Local travel; out‑of‑town travel as required. Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling). Requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, physical strength, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits Competitive compensation ($13.00 – $30.00 per hour).
