UI/UX Designer

C² Technologies seeks a UI/UX Designer to collaborate with instructional designers, web developers, and content editors to design responsive user interfaces for web-based training products. The UI/UX Designer will also ensure optimal user experience by applying principles of graphic design, user-centered design, accessibility, and information architecture. Thisis an onsite or hybrid position. Summary The UI/UX Designer will design user interfaces for a variety of products, including responsive web pages, online courses, and games. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver accessible and interactive user experiences. Responsibilities Develop accessible user interfaces for web pages and other training products. Apply principles of user-centered design and information architecture to design solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement accessible interactive experiences. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to support the design process. Required Education, Experience, and Skills BA/BS degree in web design, graphic design, user interface design, or a related field. 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Experience with responsive design, accessibility standards, and visual hierarchy. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end concepts. Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills Experience with eLearning courseware and learning management systems. Proficiency in digital tools such as Adobe CC. Experience with Agile methodologies and mobile apps. Tools & Software eLearning development tools and learning management systems (LMS). Knowledge & Skills Expertise in UI/UX design principles and best practices. Strong experience designing for a variety of platforms and devices. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders. Base Salary Range $50,000 – $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
