Sales Co-Founder - HR and TA Solutions

SupportFinity is seeking an ambitious Sales Co-Founder to establish and lead our new HR and TA solutions department. This is a unique opportunity to shape a business from the ground up, leveraging advanced technology and gaining substantial equity. This role begins with a revenue-sharing model and equity for the first 6 months, transitioning to a fixed base salary thereafter. The ideal candidate will own tangible equity and hold co-founder status.

Responsibilities

• Create, own and manage significant deals till successful closue.

• Own the entire sales cycle for HR and Talent Acquisition solutions, from prospecting to closing.

• Present the company online with a distinguished presence.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition solutions.

• Established network of clients within the HR and Talent Acquisition space is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales operations, preferably within HR tech, staffing, or recruitment.

• Exceptional business development and client acquisition skills, with a history of exceeding targets.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.

• Experience in a co-founder or early-stage leadership role, understanding of equity and revenue-sharing models.
