Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Dishwasher to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen operations. Your efforts will ensure that our culinary team can efficiently deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate industrial dishwashers to clean dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils.
- Hand-wash delicate items that require special care.
- Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Properly sort and dispose of waste and recycling.
- Ensure that all cleaned items are returned to their designated storage areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and workspace to ensure cleanliness and operational standards are met.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of dishwashing supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry heavy items if necessary.
