Probe Cap Hand AssemblerThe Probe Cap Hand Assembler is responsible for inspecting and packing tubes and working as a member of the production team to maintain the facility's safety, quality, and productivity standards.Responsibilities include:Responsible for scrap, efficiency, and product quality.Set up and operate the probe assembly station and supporting equipment according to product specifications and as scheduled by management in a timely manner.Apply raw tubes to probe cap by hand and ensure tube/probe assemblies align with quality specifications.Ensure box counts are accurate, tape the box shut, apply the correct product label, and place completed product on the pallet.Notify film/tube department material handlers when finished products or unused materials are ready to be moved to the warehouse drop area.Ensure quality standards are upheld and report any suspect or defective product to the Shift Leader for appropriate action.Complete all documentation accurately.Train new Probe Cap Hand Assemblers in the proper evaluation and packing of tubes.Qualifications include:High School Diploma or equivalent.Pallet jack/tow motor experience preferred.Time management, attention to detail.Pallet jack/tow motor certification, RF scanners.Basic computer skills, Oracle/WMS knowledge preferred.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.Nesco Resource provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
