**Job Title:** General Laborer/Welder

**Location:** Dalton, OH

**Position Type:** Full-Time, 1st Shift

**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (with overtime as needed)

**Pay Rate:** $19/hour

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an **All-Purpose General Laborer/Welder** to join our team in Dalton. In this role, you will perform a variety of duties to support production and ensure smooth operations across departments. The ideal candidate is flexible, skilled, and eager to cross-train in multiple areas.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform assembly tasks using hand and power tools.
- Utilize welding skills to assist in fabrication and repair processes.
- Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow detailed instructions and work orders to complete assigned tasks.
- Cross-train and assist in other departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

**Qualifications:**
- Prior welding experience is required.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
