We invite you to become part of a dynamic, hospital-based OB/GYN program at one of Florida's leading regional medical facilities. Our organization is recognized as a Level I Trauma Center and holds a Level III Maternity Care designation, providing extensive and intricate obstetrical and gynecological services in a cutting-edge environment.

This opportunity is tailored for physicians eager to engage in high-level inpatient obstetrics without the responsibilities of clinic work or on-call duties.

• Employed Hospitalist Model: Enjoy a full-time role with an average of 7, 24-hour shifts each month.
• No Clinic Responsibilities: Collaborate with a dedicated team of 2 seasoned OB/GYN physicians and certified nurse midwives available around the clock.
• Strong Support System: Benefit from reliable backup from a robust OB/GYN team.
• Efficient Workflow: Experience a structured OBED model for effective triage and operations.
• Advanced Care Setting: This is not a low-risk community OB unit; it is a hospital-based obstetrics program in a tertiary care environment.

Practice in our modern Women's & Children's Pavilion, specifically designed to enhance maternal and neonatal care:

• Level III Maternity Care designation
• Level III NICU
• On-site Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
• In-house Neonatology services
• 33 Postpartum rooms
• 24/7 in-house anesthesia coverage
• 4 operating rooms dedicated to women's health

As a Level I Trauma Center, we offer comprehensive multidisciplinary support, ensuring continuous access to surgical subspecialties, critical care, interventional services, and rapid-response teams.

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
• Preferred: 3+ years of post-training experience
• Ability to confidently manage high-risk obstetrics in a collaborative environment
