SEEKING A CLEANER for a medical Center in TROY, MI

Job Title: Part-Time Cleaner

Position Purpose: Responsible for thoroughly cleaning a specific area within a medical facility based off of Corporate Cleaning Group procedures.

Location: Troy, MI - Livernois & Big Beaver

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00pm-10:00pm


Compensation: $14/hr - bi-weekly pay via direct deposit (paid training)

Job Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming with Backpack Vacuums and uprights
• Dry and wet mopping
• Trash Removal - CAPABLE OF LIFTING UP TO 50LBS
• Dusting
• Cleaning glass
• Wiping surfaces
• Cleaning all areas of Restrooms
• Restocking paper products and soap dispensers
• Understanding and accepting that inspections of your area will be conducted
• Correct any concerns or issues from an inspection ASAP
• Turning off lights
• Locking and securing the facility at the end of the shift

Requirements:

• Willing to undergo Background check
• Must be 18 yrs or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Have an excellent work ethic & eye for detail

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow cleaning instructions and work independently
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual

Position Requirements

$14/hour
