The Realty Business Analyst supports the day-to-day business operations, financial processes, and accounting issues for the Realty division and Business Manager. Key responsibilities include reviewing invoices and lease financial obligations for contract compliance, maintaining data integrity in the lease administration tool, processing purchase orders and check requests, resolving vendor inquiries, and supporting operating budget development and financial close accruals. Position requires employee to be onsite 5 days per week Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor's degree in finance area, or equivalent related analysis and bookkeeping experience. Advanced computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms. Working knowledge of accounting, accounts payable and purchasing systems. Detail oriented with high level of organization, efficient, self-motivated, prioritize, and ability to work with minimum supervision. Strong Multi-tasking skills. Strong teamwork skills. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: People Soft experience or other Purchasing software.
