Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5pm Pay Rate: $20– $23/hr (depending on experience) Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approval before payment. Prepare and execute weekly payment runs, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or payment issues in a timely manner. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and assist with month-end closing activities and audits. Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Requirements: Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable, accounting, or related financial administration experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Why Work With PeopleShare?
