Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney to join their growing practice. You'll represent injured clients from day one, managing your own caseload and building client relationships while working alongside a collaborative team that values aggressive advocacy and results. This is a revenue-sharing opportunity for the right candidate-someone ready to grow their practice with a firm that invests in you. What You'll Do Handle personal injury cases from intake through resolution (settlement and trial) Build and manage a thriving contingency-based caseload Develop client relationships and handle direct communication Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court Work with a supportive team on complex or multi-party cases What We're Looking For 1+ years of personal injury plaintiff litigation experience Proven track record of successful settlements and verdicts Strong negotiation and trial skills Licensed to practice in Missouri Self-starter mentality with business development capability Commitment to client service and justice Why Join
