Pharmacist

Schedule:

Sunday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 1:00 PM–11:30 PM

Qualifications

PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
Active state Pharmacist license
IV/sterile compounding experience preferred

Responsibilities

Review, prepare, and dispense prescription medications
Ensure medications are appropriate, safe, and compliant with regulations
Counsel patients on medications, dosage, side effects, storage, and interactions
Prepare compounded and sterile medications
Maintain accurate, confidential patient records
Identify and communicate drug-related issues to physicians and healthcare providers
Collaborate with nurses, pharmacists, pharmacy interns, and other healthcare professionals
Supervise pharmacy technicians and clerical staff as needed
