Senior Counsel - Energy Trading & Compliance
Enel North America, Inc.
Enel North America, Inc. is seeking a senior legal professional to support the Energy Management and Commodities Trading team. You will draft and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements, ISDA and REC agreements, and handle complex commercial transactions and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate has a Juris Doctorate, 5+ years in energy transactions, knowledge of FERC/RTO, strong communication, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally. #J-18808-Ljbffr Enel North America, Inc.
