Main Responsibilities of a Custodian : Keep buildings in a clean condition Perform all heavy-duty cleaning Perform regular maintenance activities Take pride in your work Custodian Description: We are looking for an dedicated and hard-working Custodian to join our team. We are hoping to find a reliable individual that desires to take pride in their work and wants to be a part of a Team that cares and holds each other to high standards. The person we would like to give this opportunity to should have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and poses both a proactive and reactive mindset. Responsibilities of a Custodian: Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping) Gathering and emptying indoor trash Clean, service and resupply restrooms Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance) Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Custodial duties Custodian Job Requirements: Must have proven working experience as Janitor or related work Must be trainable and open to learn and act in accordance with the Del Sol "Way" Must be able to respond and act quickly Must have strong multitasking skills Must have reliable transportation Bonus: A working knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies Please leave us a message: View phone number on click.appcast.io A premiere facilities management service company.
