This venture-backed Agentic AI company is entering its next phase of growth. Having raise over 50 million to date, the business has strong market traction, proven product-market fit, and ambitious plans as it gearing towards a future Series C.

You will lead four engineering teams across Application, Intelligence, Communication, and Platform Engineering, overseeing approximately 6 engineers in total. Working closely with the VP of Engineering, you'll help scale a deep-tech, AI-native platform built on distributed systems and real-time infrastructure, where AI is embedded across the stack to drive intelligent decision-making, system efficiency, and continuous optimisation through strong architecture and engineering excellence.

The Person:

* Experience leading AI teams from start-up to scale up
