ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES Efficiently and effectively prioritizes user and system problems, elevating issues as needed to more experienced personnel and/or management, utilizing problem management resources and helpdesk system to support users. Provides timely support to end users in resolving problems through defined procedures, diagnoses, and discussion. Trains new and established users on changes to network procedures or software. System builds, installing hardware and software, network printing, and maintaining network users, user environments and configurations bases. General understanding of ISO 27001 standards and its application practices and principles as they relate to your job responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS High school level education or equivalent and specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job. Proficiency to successfully perform the job described. A+ Certified preferred Any technology specialist certifications (generally the lower-level starting point certifications).
