Programs Supported: Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Public Transit, Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesFinancial Operations & Accounting A/R, A/P, payroll OversightBudgeting, Forecasting & Financial PlanningGrants, Contracts & Funding CompliancePACE & Medicaid Financial ManagementPublic Transit Financial OversightPayroll & Benefits OversightAudit, Compliance & Internal ControlsLeadership, Cross-Training & Succession DevelopmentQualifications & CompetenciesRequired:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3–5+ years progressive accounting/finance experienceStrong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit/governmental fund accountingExperience with grants management and multi-fund accountingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesHigh integrity and confidentialityStrong communication and leadership skillsSupervisory experiencePreferred:Experience in human services, healthcare, PACE, or public transitExperience with federal and state grant complianceCPA, CMA, or CGFM
