Product Analyst

Kforce has a client in Covington, KY that is seeking a Product Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Lead analysis activities, including crafting detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design
- Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making
- Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support
- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating skill in evaluating complex business situations and developing practical, scalable solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration across both business and technical teams
- Strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize while maintaining a focus on quality and business outcomes
- Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management capabilities with a proven track record to influence cross-functional teams
