Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000, depending on experience. Bonus Opportunities.

The Role
Connico is seeking an experienced A/E/C marketing professional to join our Business Development/Marketing team as a Marketing Analyst.

This is a growth-oriented position for someone who already understands A/E/C proposals and marketing and is ready to take on increasing responsibility. You will work closely with our Senior Marketing Specialist, technical professionals, and leadership to develop proposals and marketing content, maintain project and pursuit information, research opportunities, and support broader marketing and business development activities.

The role is designed to grow in scope and independence over time, with a career path to Marketing Specialist and Senior Marketing Specialist.

What You’ll Do

• Develop proposals, qualifications packages, and other pursuit materials using established processes, templates, and standards.
• Identify and assemble project experience, staff qualifications, resumes, technical information, approach content, graphics, and other materials needed for pursuits.
• Write, edit, format, and organize content that clearly communicates Connico’s qualifications, experience, differentiators, and value to clients.
• Review solicitation requirements and coordinate proposal activities with technical staff and other contributors.
• Research upcoming projects, clients, procurement activity, and potential teaming opportunities.
• Complete and coordinate prequalification packages, vendor registrations, teaming documentation, MBE/SBE information, and related pursuit requirements.
• Maintain accurate client, project, pursuit, and marketing information within A/E/C CRM, project database, and marketing information systems.
• Research and organize project information for proposals, marketing activities, project closeouts, and business development reporting.
• Translate technical project information into compelling client-focused stories and marketing content.
• Support development of project profiles, one-sheets, case studies, presentations, brochures, articles, award submissions, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist with website content, social media content, and coordination with public relations, website, and other outside marketing partners.
• Support client interviews, presentations, conferences, events, and other business development and brand-building activities.
• Manage multiple proposals, prequalifications, marketing projects, and deadlines while communicating proactively with team members.
• Build progressively greater knowledge of Connico’s projects, clients, markets, services, systems, and differentiators and take on greater ownership as your experience with Connico grows.

What We’re Looking For

• Approximately 3–5 years of progressive marketing, proposal, or communications experience within the A/E/C industry.
• Direct experience developing A/E/C proposals, qualifications packages, marketing collateral, or similar client-facing pursuit materials.
• Strong ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, persuasive written and visual content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, with working knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, or related Adobe applications.
• Experience working with A/E/C-specific CRM, project database, or marketing information systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout, research, and visual communication skills.
• Experience locating, organizing, evaluating, and validating information from multiple sources.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Experience

• A/E/C and Federal marketing, proposal, or procurement experience.
• Experience with public-sector procurement, prequalifications, qualifications-based selection processes, or similar pursuit requirements.
• Experience with website content management systems and professional social media platforms.

Growth Opportunity
This position is intended for an experienced A/E/C marketer who wants to continue developing professionally rather than remain in a narrowly defined coordinator role. The Marketing Analyst will initially work closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist and will have the opportunity to build greater independence and judgment across proposals, pursuits, marketing content, project information systems, digital content, and broader marketing operations.

The career path for this position is Marketing Analyst → Marketing Specialist → Senior Marketing Specialist.

Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is $60,000–$70,000 annually, depending on experience and demonstrated capability.

Candidates are not expected to arrive knowing Connico’s projects, clients, systems, or internal processes. The strongest candidates will bring the A/E/C marketing, proposal, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CRM/database foundation needed to contribute quickly, along with the aptitude and interest to develop broader responsibility and professional judgment over time.
