About the role: The Marketing Operations Analyst I supports the development, optimization, and scalability of Marketing Operations by improving the systems, data infrastructure, and processes that power marketing execution. This role plays a key part in strengthening marketing data environments, supporting system integrations, administering marketing technology platforms, and driving cross-functional initiatives. The Marketing Operations Analyst partners closely with teams serving customers, carriers, and employees, bringing structure, accountability, and forward-thinking solutions that uphold and elevate TQL standards.
