You will be responsible for maintaining supply chain security by assessing suppliers and components in our Common Product Lifecycle Management (CPLM) environment. This role is critical for ensuring that engineering data is standardized, accessible, and synchronized with our Logistics and ERP operations.CPLM Integration: Serve as a key contributor to the Common Product Lifecycle Management (CPLM) ecosystem, ensuring standardized data structures, parts management, and engineering change orders (ECOs) are consistent across all departmentsEnterprise Logistics & ERP: Align CPLM data with ERP systems to optimize logistics, procurement, and supply chain workflows, ensuring that "as-designed" models match "as-built" realityAgile Execution: Utilize JIRA to manage technical backlogs, track sprint progress, and document system defects or enhancement requestsCross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the technical liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics to resolve data silos and ensure a unified system lifecycle approachThis position may be hired at level 2 or level 3 depending upon applicant qualifications.Basic Qualifications:Systems Engineer (level 2):Bachelor's degree in STEM and 2 years of applicable engineering experience. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
