Work Arrangement: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Shift: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

• Hours: 7 hours/day | 35 hours/week
• Pay Rate: $30/hr W2
• Language Requirement: English; Bilingual required (facility-specific)

Job Summary
The Call Center Representative will handle incoming and/or outgoing calls, answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide customer support to ensure a positive patient/customer experience.



Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Respond to patient/customer questions and inquiries.
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical and administrative support as needed.
• Schedule appointments and make appointment reminder calls.
• Book and reschedule clinic appointments.
• Answer customer/patient inquiries regarding clinic appointments.
• Utilize phones, in-house communication systems, and pagers.
• Make overhead announcements as required.
• Communicate professionally with patients, customers, staff, and other departments.
• Perform other assignments and duties as necessary.
• Maintain professionalism and accuracy while handling a high volume of calls.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience .
• Bilingual experience required - facility-specific requirement.
• 1 year of Call Center AND Payroll Timekeeping experience in a call center environment required.
• Hospital setting experience required.
• Extensive phone/call center experience.
