Principal Accountabilities Manages phones Greets patients Schedules/confirms appointments Enters demographics & patient information Verifies insurance coverage, completes forms, collects co‑pays Balances cash Maintains schedule in EMR system, processes pre‑certs/authorizations & referrals as well as medical records releases Other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Prior administrative experience in a physician practice strongly preferred Knowledge of computerized scheduling & EMR system a plus Preferred: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer and employee focused, demonstrated ability to multi‑task Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite Job Info Minimum Salary (Hourly Rate): 20.05 Maximum Salary (Hourly Rate): 33.11 Assignment Category: Full‑time Hours per Week: 37.5 Primary Shift: Day Salary Admin Plan: CLE Benefits Team Member Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Coverage (22.5 hours per week or above for full‑time and part‑time team members) Life & AD&D Insurance.
