Desired Qualifications: Licensed Physical Therapist with a valid state credential Previous experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Comfort with adapting therapy plans to suit individual student needs Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and school staff Ability to work independently within a team-oriented setting Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services tailored to students’ mobility, motor skills, and functional independence needs Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment programs Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEPs and student progress reports Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy recommendations into the educational environment Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to promote physical development within school routines Participate in team meetings and professional development as required You’ll thrive in a welcoming educational environment while helping students achieve their physical milestones and succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
