Senior Litigation Associate - Employment Litigation & Counseling

We are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Litigation Associate to join a dynamic Employment Law Practice. The role involves handling complex employment litigation matters, advising employers and employees on employment law issues, managing cases independently, and representing clients in state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage & hour disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Provide strategic legal advice to employers and employees.
• Conduct workplace investigations and compliance assessments.
• Coordinate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of litigation experience in state and/or federal courts.
• Proven experience handling employment law matters.
• Strong expertise in discovery and dispositive motions.
• Excellent research, analytical, and legal writing skills.
• Active California Bar membership or eligibility for admission.
