Warehouse Production Associate

O2 Employment Services is partnering with a reputable manufacturing company to hireWarehouse Production Associate. This is a physically active role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Warehouse Production Associate Shift Schedule (Rotating12-HourShifts): The rotation then repeats. Warehouse Production Associate Compensation & Benefits: $18 per hour for the first 8 hours, $27 per hour for overtime Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered through O2 Opportunities for overtime and weekend work Warehouse Production Associate Qualifications: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a “can-do” attitude are a must Reliable transportation is required Must pass a company-specific background check (post-conditional offer) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 12-hour shifts Comfortable working in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment Ability to make sound decisions under pressure Warehouse Production Associate Responsibilities: Pick and package insulation materials for shipment Operate and maintain an assembly line Follow safety protocols for handling insulation materials, including proper lifting techniques Assist with general warehouse duties as needed Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
