We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Must be able to obtain appropriate licensing. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Gresham, Oregon. Our office is open 9:00am - 5:00pm. We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
