ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in July 2023 and has grown to a strong team of 8 talented professionals. Before opening my own office, I worked in the human services field and got my start in insurance by joining a friend who had just opened his agency. That experience inspired me to pursue the Aspirant Program and eventually build my own agency.

I’m a proud graduate of the University of Oregon, where I graduated top 10 in my class. My husband and I have lived in this area our entire lives and are deeply rooted in the community. I’ve also been a foster parent to five children, and our home is currently shared with our two cats.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
