About Our Agency: I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of five. Before opening the agency, I worked for Prudential Bank and later in construction. I'm a graduate of Cal State Long Beach, enjoy hunting, training dogs, and spending time on my farm, and family is an important part of my life. Our agency is built on professionalism, respect, and doing right by our customers. We believe in treating people the way we'd want to be treated and creating an environment where everyone can succeed. Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred. Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses. This is a remote position. Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
