ABOUT OUR AGENCY

Our agency opened in July 2023 and has grown to a strong team of 8 talented professionals. Before opening my own office, I worked in the human services field and got my start in insurance by joining a friend who had just opened his agency. That experience inspired me to pursue the Aspirant Program and eventually build my own agency. I’m a proud graduate of the University of Oregon, where I graduated top 10 in my class. My husband and I have lived in this area our entire lives and are deeply rooted in the community. I’ve also been a foster parent to five children, and our home is currently shared with our two cats. ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kristin Staropoli - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community you support. RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS
